How to verified your age on Bomtoon.

Before verified your age you must be logged into the account that you will use and verified first. 

I recommend to use your phone to verified, it is much easier to do.

(You must be 19+ years old) 

Click on service center.

Click on Inquiry

It will lead you to click on the black button.

Click on the black button (Inquiry)

Click on contact type.

After click on the contact type it will ask you what you want to contact them for. 

Click on number 3 (Adult Certification)

On title you can write anything relate to adult verified such like "age verified" "adult verified or "verified"

Write the same thing on Inquiry content.

After finished click on blue circle to upload your ID certification 

Make sure to blurry your face and leave only your birth date and name to be show on the application. 

(keep in mind the picture must be less than 3MB.)

Click on the blue circle (Inquiry) to upload your age verified application. 

It will appear like this if you succesfully send in your application.

Wait for the customer center to contact you.

If you fail the first time they they will give you answer below which they will tell you what you did wrong (use google translate if you don't understand)

Now for me, my application has been updated and they gave an answer. If you fail the first time you just have to apply again with the same method and use google translate to know what you did wrong.

Remember they will only reply between 10:00 ~ 17:00 KST (Korean Standard Time) So check between their timezone and yours timezone
